摘要
目的探讨高龄股骨胫骨折患者接受全髋关节置换治疗的临床效果。方法根据我院收治的160例高龄股骨颈骨折患者进行探讨分析,为80例患者使用全髋关节置换手术治疗,80例患者使用人工股骨头置换手术治疗,对两组的治疗优良率及疼痛情况进行比较分析。结果使用全髋关节置换治疗的优良率是96.25%,人工股骨头置换组的优良率是80.00%,两组优良率存在统计学差异(P<0.05);全髋关节置换组有50例轻度疼痛、25例中度疼痛、5例重度疼痛,人工股骨头置换组有50例轻度疼痛,26例中度疼痛,4例重度疼痛,两组疼痛情况对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在条件允许的情况下,高龄股骨颈骨折患者可以选择全髋关节置换术治疗,其效果好,优良率高,对患者的生活质量有较好的改善。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of total hip replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral and tibial fractures. Methods 160 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture patients were selected from our hospital, 80 cases were treated with total hip replacement surgery, 80 cases used artificial femoral head replacement surgery, the excellent and good rate and pain of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The excellent and good rate of total hip replacement in the treatment was 96.25%, the excellent and good rate of artificial femoral head replacement group was 80.00%, the excellent rate of the two groups exist difference （P〈0.05）; The total hip replacement group：50 cases were mild pain, 25 cases were moderate pain, 5 cases were severe pain; artificial femoral head replacement group： 50 patients with mild pain, 26 cases with moderate pain. 4 cases with severe pain, the contrast of the two groups with regard to pain without significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The elderly patients with femoral head fractures can choose the total hip replacement therapy, the effect is good, the excellent and good rate is higher, the quality of life of patients have better improvement.
