摘要
采用平板打洞法对西南委陵菜(Potentillafuigens)的全草、根、叶的水煎剂进行体外抗菌实验。结果表明,全草、根、叶的水煎剂对G-大肠杆菌、G-志贺氏痢疾杆菌、G+金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑菌作用。不同的入药部位对同一细菌的抑菌能力不同,作用的强弱与药液浓度的大小有关;同一入药部位对不同细菌无明显选择抑制作用。
The auther reports antibacterrial experriments in vitro of the extraction from cooked leaves,roots and grasses of Potentilla fuigens by infusing in the hole of culture medium that inoculates bacteria. It provides the extraction from cooked leaves, roots and grasses is effective on E.coli,S.aureus,and S.dysenteric. Antibacteria capacity is different from position.With the increase of extraction concentration, the diameter of antibacterrial circle increases.The extraction from the same position has not selectively inhibiting effect on different bacteria.
