摘要
研究以丙烯酸-有机硅乳液为粘结剂,以粘结成膜的方式,将TiO2光催化剂固定化.确定了以TiO2和粘结剂为主的光催化涂覆材料的基础配方.适量聚硅氧烷的加入可以提高光催化涂膜的硬度及改善涂膜与基底的附着状况.对涂膜的光催化性能、耐久性和活性等进行了研究.
Acrylic-silicone was used as adhesive to immobilize TiO2 photocatalyst by the method of adhere to the coating film. The basic formulation that is mainly composed of TiO2 and adhesive was determined. Appropriate adding amount of polysiloxane could improve the hardness and adhesion condition between the film and the substrate. The photoactivity and durability of the coating film were also investigated.
