光催化净水器的研制和应用

摘要 将负载二氧化钛的铝片装填于PVC管内壁,自制一台小型的光催化净水器,并取自海口的不同水样进行了催化降解和灭菌处理.经处理60min后,自来水CODMn由0.18mg·L-1降低为0.10mg·L-1,去除率为44.44%,细菌数由6.66个·L-1降低为0,灭菌率为100%;红城湖水CODMn由43.3mg·L-1降低为33.9mg·L-1,去除率为21.69%,细菌总数由5.60×1012L-1降低为5.20×106L-1,灭菌率为99.99%;南渡江水CODMn由26.1mg·L-1降低为17.6mg·L-1,去除率为32.51%,细菌总数由2.22×109L-1降低为4.30×104L-1,灭菌率为99.99%.结果表明净水器有显著去除有机物和灭菌的能力. A photocatalytic water purifier was developed with TiOE/Al fixed on the inner surface of PVC tube, and it was used to treat water samples got from Haikou city. Results indicated that, after being illuminated for 60 min, CODMn value of tap water changed from 18.1 mg·L^-1 to 10.1 mg ·L^-1, removing rate was 44.30 %. The total number of bacteria changed from 6.66×10^8 L^-1 to 0, removing rate was 100 %; CODMn value of water from Hongcheng Lake changed from 43.3 mg·L^-1 to 33.9 mg·L^-1, removing rate was 21.69 %. The total number of bacteria changed from 5.60×10^12 L^-1 to 5.20× 10^6 L^-1, removing rate was 99.99 %; CODMn, value of water from Nandu River changed from 26.1 mg·L^-1 to 17.6 mg·L^-1, removing rate was 32.51%. The total number of bacteria changed from 2.22×10^9 L^-1 to 4.30×10^4 L^-1, removing rate was 99.99 %. It is onfirmed that the water purifier is effective for removing organic compounds and bacteria from water.
