摘要
介绍轴承故障的诊断门限的确定 ,利用共振解调和包络解调的方法以及硬件和软件同时进行谱分析和处理 ,来进行故障诊断。重点论述简易诊断中加速度和峭度系数两个参数的门限确定以及谱分析中的故障判断 ,达到简易诊断和精密诊断的良好结合。
introducing the determination of threshold value for the accurate diagnosis of bearings hitch,using the method of resonance demodulation and winding pack demodulation and also using hardware and software to proceed and analyze simultaneously.Through this way to go on the diagnosis of hitch.The main statement is the two thresholds determination of acceleration and coefficient and the judgment of hitch during the analyze of chart,so to get the better effect through this way,that is the combination of facility diagnose and accurate diagnose.
