摘要
提出了制备抗紫外纳米复合丙烯酸酯涂料的新方法-两步法,第一步是制备纳米浓缩浆;第二步将纳米浓缩浆和涂料基料等组分均匀混合,制成纳米复合涂料。研究了纳米二氧化钛浓缩浆和纳米氧化锌浓缩浆在纳米复合丙烯酸酯涂料中屏蔽紫外线的作用。加入少量纳米TiO_2和纳米ZnO浓缩浆可以显著提高纳米复合丙烯酸酯涂层的紫外线屏蔽作用,如在丙烯酸酯涂层中加入5.5%纳米二氧化钛浓缩浆,干膜的厚度为20μm时,可屏蔽99%的紫外线;在丙烯酸酯涂层中加入5.5%纳米氧化锌浓缩浆,漆膜的厚度为75μm时。
A new method containing two step processes was put forward to make ultraviolet nano-composite resistant acrylate coatings. First step is to prepare nano-concentrates, and second step is to mix nanoconcentrates with binders etc. homogeneously to make nano-composite coatings. The ultraviolet screening effects of nano-TiO2 and nano-ZnO concentrates in nano-composite acrylate coating were investigated. A small amount of nano-TiO2 and nano-ZnO concentrates can improve the ultraviolet screening properties of acrylate coating. 20 μm thick dry acrylate coating containing 5.5% nano-TiO2 concentrates can screen 99% ultraviolet, while 75 μm thick dry acrylate coating containing 5.5% nano-ZnO concentrates can screen 99% ultraviolet.
