近场动力学方法在缝隙腐蚀问题中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用基于键的近场动力学方法来模拟研究304不锈钢在海水环境中的缝隙腐蚀过程,用物质点处的浓度来描述该物质点的特性,引入扩散键来描述物质点间的连接,以Nernst-Planck方程为基础,推导了对应扩散项微模量,建立了考虑扩散项的缝隙腐蚀近场动力学模型。利用近场动力学方法研究缝隙腐蚀行为时,不需要考虑边界处连续性,可以简化模型。采用Fortran语言编程,模拟计算了缝隙腐蚀问题算例,并与实验结果、数值模拟结果进行了对比分析,结果表明:近场动力学方法与传统数值方法模拟得到的p H值分布,变化趋势基本一致,且在数值上更接近实验值,能初步实现对缝隙腐蚀问题的描述,从而验证了本文建立的近场动力学模型在缝隙腐蚀研究中的可行性,可为近场动力学方法在缝隙腐蚀问题领域中的应用提供参考。 The bond-based peridynamic method is used to simulate the crevice corrosion process of 304 stainless steel in seawater environment.The concentration of the material point is used to describe the characteristics of the material point,and the diffusion bond is introduced to describe the connection between the material points.Based on the Nernst Planck equation,the micromodulus of the corresponding diffusion term is derived,and the peridynamic model of crevice corrosion considering the diffusion term is established.When using the peridynamic method to study the crevice corrosion behavior,it is not necessary to consider the continuity at the boundary,and the model can be simplified.The Fortran language programming is used to simulate and calculate the crevice corrosion problem.The results are compared with the experimental results and the finite element simulation results.The results show that the pH distribution and the change trend of the peridynamic method and the finite element method are basically the same,and the former is numerically closer to the experimental value,the description of the crevice corrosion problem can be initially realized,which indicates that the peridynamic method proposed in the paper is feasible to handle the problem for crevice corrosion and the research provides reference for the application of peridynamic method in the field of crevice corrosion problems.
