摘要
目的了解明胶作为粘膜疫苗佐剂的可能性,动态观察不同浓度明胶对抗SOD-IgA抗体应答的影响。方法以鼠伤寒沙门氏菌SOD作为抗原,分别加不同浓度明胶经灌胃途径免疫小鼠,用间接ELISA法测定免疫后10、15、20、30天血清中及30天后肠液中抗SOD-IgA抗体效价。结果2%明胶组血清及肠液中抗SOD-IgA抗体效价均显著高于无明胶组(P<0.01)。结论明胶可促进IgA抗体应答,且此种促进作用可能与明胶浓度有关。
Objective To explore the possibility that the gelatin as a mucosal adjuvant and to observe the effective of gelatin on IgA generation with mouse. Methods These mouses were divided in 5 groups and immunized by gastric rout with Salmonella typhimurium SOD, which mixed with defferent gelatin concentration respectively. After 10,15,20 and 30 days, the tilers of anti-SOD antibody in serum or in gut juice were assayed respectively by indirect ELISA. Results The results suggested that the tilers distinct between 2% gelatin group and non-gelatin group were remarkable (P < 0.01). Conclusion The gelatin could promote the generation of IgA in mouse which vaccinated by gastric rout. And maybe the promotion was associated with the concentration of gelatin.
