摘要
在教育改革的背景下 ,美国原有教师专业发展模式已不能满足需要 ,需从根本上进行变革。实践的需求促使了美国教师专业发展范式的转换。新范式具有六个显著特点和三个起支撑作用的问题。它对确立我国合理的教师专业形象 。
In a clinate of American educational reform,old model of teacher professional development can't meet the needs in practice.New model has six characters and three supporting aspects,The author hopes it will have inspiration for establishing teachers' professional image,implementation of teacher certificate system and teacher training in the context of Chinese curriculum reform.
