摘要 人的主体性是人存在的根本,人的发展是人的主体性发展。教师主体性是教师发展的前提与保证,教师主体性建构是教师发展的基本内涵。教师主体性发展具有自给性与他给性结合、自主性与作为性统一、学习性与创造性互补等基本特点。在教师发展中充分重视教师的主体性,促进教师的主体性发展与建构是事关教师发展成败与质量的关键。基于主体性建构的教师发展策略包括:培养教师发展的主体性自醒与自觉;增强教师发展的主体性动力;建立促使教师发展的主体性机制等。 People's subjectivity is fundamental for their existence , and their development is the development of their subjectivity . Teachers' subjectivity is the fundamental precondition and guarantee for teachers' development , and its construction is the basic content in the area of teachers' development . The basic characteristics of teachers' subjectivity development are the combination of teachers' internal and external capacity , and the unity of teachers' independence and action , and the complementation of learning and creativity . It is the key to the success and the quality of teacher development that pay full attention to teacher development of subjectivity and construction . The strategies of teachers' development based on teachers' subjectivity construction are to cultivate teachers' development and to establish the mechanism of prompting of teacher subjectivity development .
