Effect of the Polyphenols of Vitis Amurensis Rupr Skin and Seed (PVAS) on Lipofuscin of Cerebral Tissues in Wistar Elderly Rats

摘要 目的研究野生山葡萄皮渣总多酚(PVAS)的抗衰老作用.方法PVAS按每d 200mg/kg,400mg/kg给老龄大鼠连续灌胃30 d,测血清MDA含量、SOD活性和脑组织脂褐素含量.结果PVA(每d 200 mg/kg,400mg/kg,共30 d)组均能显著降低老龄大鼠血清MDA和脑组织脂褐素含量(P<0.05).PVA(400mg/kg)能明显提高老龄大鼠血清SOD活性(P<0.05).结论PVA能有效地改善自由基代谢,具有抗衰老作用. Objective To observe antiaging actions of PVAS. Methods 200 and 400 mg/kg of PVAS were given to the old rats every day for thirty days. The content of malon-dialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum, the content of lipofuscin in brain were examined. Results PVAS (200,400 mg/kg) could decrease significantly the content of MDA in serum and the content of lipofuscin in brain of the old rats(P<0.05) . PVAS(400 mg/kg) could increase significantly the activity of SOD in serum of the old rats(P<0. 05). Conclusion The results suggest that PVAS may produce antiaging action and improve metabolism of free radicals.
