摘要
为了探讨如何让学生走进教学,参与教学,发挥学生的主体作用,提高教学效果,笔者在4届护理大中专生教学中,采用了预习学习目标、讲台示教、启发讨论、角色置换和组长负责制等多种教学形式,提高了学生的学习兴趣和自学能力、创新思维能力、动手能力与运用知识解决问题的能力。
In order to probe in to how to improve teaching effect by exerting their main role to participate in te aching and learning,the author adopted multiple teaching methods like previewing learning tasks,presentation,brainstorming seminar,role play and group leaders m anaging teaching and learning,which as a result increased their interests in lea rning and self study ability,creativity,operational ability and ability of resol ving problems.
