摘要
从活性污泥中分离出 6 3株菌株 ,培养、筛选得到具有絮凝活性的菌株 17株 ,其中 2株絮凝活性较高。研究了这 2株菌在不同培养时间的生长情况及其絮凝活性等 ,得出絮凝活性与菌生长量呈正相关关系。通过改变培养基的碳源、氮源、无机盐等因素 ,得出 2株絮凝活性较高的菌株产生絮凝剂的最佳条件 :真菌 IV- 2 1,以蔗糖为碳源 ,蛋白胨为氮源 ,Na Cl为无机盐 ,p H为 6 .0 ,培养温度为 30℃时 ,絮凝效果最好 ;细菌 I- 9,以葡萄糖为碳源 ,尿素为氮源 ,K2 HPO4 为无机盐 ,培养基初始 p H偏碱性 ,培养温度为 30℃时 ,絮凝效果最好。
63 strains were isolated from activated sludge.Each strains which was picked out was cultured in relevant flocculant producing liquid mediums.17 flocculant producing strains were obtained.Among them,two strains with high flocculation activity.In this paper,time course of flocculants production including growth,flocculating activity etc were studied.The best flocculant producing conditions of the two strains were found by changing medium of carbon sources,nitrogen sources,inorganic salt ion etc.The favorable substrate for fungus Ⅳ 9 were sucrose,peptone,NaCl.Optimum culture initial pH and optimum culture temperature were 6.0 and 30 ℃ respectively.The favorable substrates for bacteria Ⅰ 9 were fructose,urea,K 2HPO 4.Optimum culture initial pH and optimum culture temperature were 8.0 and 30 ℃.
