摘要
本文是热障涂层氧化和热疲劳寿命研究工作的第二部分,在前面已开展涂层氧化和热疲劳实验研究的基础上,针对等离子、EB-PVD两种类型的涂层,建立涂层的寿命预测模型。由于这部分工作在国内尚属首次,因此着眼点放在模型建立及校核的方法研究上。主要工作包括涂层热疲劳寿命模型研究、寿命模型参数的提取、寿命关键部位的有限元应力应变分析方法等方面。整个研究完整地给出涂层寿命分析的整个过程和方法。并通过两类涂层的热疲劳寿命试验结果,验证和校核寿命模型的预测能力和可行性。
The research results presented here are the second part of the oxidation and thermal fatigue research of TBC (Thermal Barrier Coatings).Based on the previous experimental research,the life prediction model of thermal fatigue of TBC was formulated for two types of TBC:plasma sprayed and electrical beam physical vapor deposition coatings.Main work includes to set up the life prediction model of thermal fatigue of TBC,to develop a method for obtaining the parameters of the life model,and to give a method or procedure for obtaining stress/strain at the life critical location.The research has given a whole procedure for predicting the thermal fatigue life of TBC.And based on the results of thermal fatigue experiments,the procedure or method was evaluated and verified.
