摘要
有针对性加强印刷型社科文献采访,逐步增加电子文献投入经费,建立本馆的虚拟馆藏是网络环境下高校馆社科文献的采访应注意的原则。高校馆应使自己成为网络体系中的成员的同时,建立采访工作网络并遵循一定的采访标准是提高社科文献采访质量的策略。统一采购,纲目采购,网上采购,联合征订等是高校馆网络环境下社科文献采购的主要方式。
Getting better access to the printed social scientific literature,investing more funds on electronic literature and establishing an electronic library under network environment are significant principles for college library to have access to social scienlific literature. Makeing an accessible library computer network and following cetain access are strategies that we can have much better access to social scientific literature when college library is on line. Then ,the unified purchase ,the outline purchase ,the Internet purchase and combined purchase will be the main pruchases for college library under computer network environment.
