电子计算机和现代通信技术相互结合构成了现代网络环境。网络环境中的图书馆文献信息资源构成 发生了巨大变化,要求文献信息资源建设树立多样化载体观、虚拟馆藏观、信息共享观、人才战略观等新的观念。
Computer and modern communication technology interactively make of the network environment. Under the network environment, great changes have taken place in the forms of information resources in the library. People should build up new conceptions on the multiform medium, virtual collection, information sharing, human resource strategy and so forth.
