摘要
在科技日新月异的时代背景下,公共图书馆面临着严峻挑战。由于现代网络技术迅猛发展,传统的公共图书馆服务举步维艰,如何在袭卷而来的网络环境变革浪潮中做好公共图书馆读者服务工作,探索出一条读者服务与技术的均衡发展的新服务模式,关系着公共图书馆事业的成败,也关系着社会主义文化事业大繁荣、大发展向深层次拓展的进程。本文通过分析广州图书馆在网络环境下面临的读者服务供给挑战,从而提出构建新服务模式的设想。
With the rapid development of science and technology,public libraries are facing severe challenges.the traditional service of public library is facing difficulties.How to do well in the service for readers under the wave of network environment change,and explore a new service mode adopting to the balanced development of reader service and technology,which is related to the success or failure of public library cause,and also related to the process of great prosperity and development of socialist cultural cause.This paper analyzes the challenges of reader service supply faced by Guangzhou Library under the network environment,and puts forward the idea of building a new service mode.
