摘要
以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂 ,合成了对硝基苯甲酸乙酯。应用该方法 ,酯化反应产率高达 96 .9% ,同时对影响产率的诸因素进行了考察 ,其最佳反应条件为 :醇酸摩尔比 4∶ 1,催化剂用量 9% ,反应时间 3.5 h,反应温度81～ 85℃。
ethyl 4 nitrobenzoate was synthesized with p toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst. Influence factors of yield were discussed. The optim um reaction conditions were: the molar rotio of alcohol/acid 4∶1,catalyst amou nt 9%,reaction time 3.5 h,temperature 81～85℃. The yield under the optimum co nditions was up to 96.9%.
