摘要
为优化对硝基苯甲酸乙酯的合成工艺,考察了5种不同催化剂对其收率的影响,发现以硫酸氢钾为催化剂产率最高,并对影响产率的诸因素进行了考察,得出最佳反应条件为:对硝基苯甲酸0.015mol、催化剂用量0.40g、醇酸摩尔比4:1、反应温度84-85℃、反应时间2.5h,催化酯化反应产率高达99.53%.
To optimize the preparation of p-nitro-ethyl benzoate,five different catalysts were investigated and the best result was obtained with potassium bisulfate as catalyst. The effects of catalyst amount, reactant ratio, reaction temperature and time on the yield of p-nitro-ethyl benzoate were determined and discussed. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows : 4-nitrobenzoic acid: 0. 015 tool ,catalyst amount : 0. 40 g,alcohol/aeid molar ratio:4 : 1 ,reaction time :2.5 h,temperature:84-85 ℃ ,the yield was up to 99. 53 %.
