摘要
通过对建立铁路客运站工作质量评价模型过程及方法的研究,提出客运站工作质量评价模型,为不断改进车站整体工作提供依据。
By studying the process and method for establishingwork-quality evaluation in railway passenger transport stations,the paper puts forward the evaluation model for the work of pas-senger transport station, providing solid references for the con-tinuous improvement of station overall work.
