摘要
入世后 ,医院图书馆既面临巨大的发展机遇又面临严峻的挑战 ,图书馆要更新观念 ,实行机构重组 ,形成新的工作模式 ,信息服务要有创新和发展 ,拓宽服务范围 ,增强图书馆的吸引力 ,注重提高人员素质 。
After Chinas access to WTO,hospital library is facing both great developing opportunity and sharp challenge.Ideas should be renewed,organization should be restructured and new working mode should be formed.Information service should be innovated and developed and the service scope should be enlarged so as to make library more attractive.Furthermore,the nature of staff should be improved.
