本文结合科研课题“财政资金管理系统”的开发,详细阐述了系统的开发背景、开发平台、功能特点和运行流程,并将对后续财政资金管理系统的开发起到一定的参考和促进作用。
Recording to the development of the Finance Found Management System, the article describes in detail the developing background, platform, feature and operating procedure of the system. This paper will be a good reference for the development of the similar system and will prompt it also.
