摘要
本文记述了用化学诱变剂N—甲基—N′—硝基—N—亚硝基胍(MNNG)处理小角刺藻(Chaetoceros minutissumus)和纤细角刺藻(C.gracilis),处理后在低温(13℃)条件下进行群体选择和单细胞选择,筛选出了在低温条件下迅速繁殖的小角刺藻6株,纤细角刺藻2株。并研究及讨论了对照组及耐低温品系之间、不同的耐低温品系之间在繁殖速度及氨基酸组成上的差异。
Chaetoceros minutissumus and C. gracilis were treated by the chemical mutagen N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitosoguanidine and cultivated at low temperatures for the selection of low temperature resistant strains. 6 strains of C. minutissumus and 2 strains of C. gracilis were obtained. The differences in growth rate and amino acid composition among the control group and the selected strains were observed and discussed.
