摘要
目的 探讨被动吸烟对婴幼儿呼吸系统疾病发病及对生长发育的影响。方法 将我院保健科负责保健的 0～ 3岁的婴幼儿40 0名 ,以家长是否吸烟分为被动吸烟组和对照组 ,每组 2 0 0名 ,定期询问患病史 ,同时测身高、体重对其进行评价 ,追踪观察 ,经统计学处理后进行分析。结果 婴幼儿呼吸系统疾病的发病与被动吸烟密切相关 ,被动吸烟影响婴幼儿的生长发育 ,与国内外的相关报道基本一致。结论 被动吸烟对婴幼儿健康造成严重损害 ,如不加以保护 ,有演变为严重社会问题的危险。
Objective To investigate the impact of passive smoking to growing and development of infantile its relation to incidence of suffering respiratory system disease. Method 400 infantile aging from 0～3 years old were divided into passive smoking group and compare group according to their parents smoking or not.Each group had 200 infantile Infantile height and weight were assessed and monitored. Result suffering of respiratory system diseases was closely related to passive smoking.Passive smoking also impacted infantile growing and development. Conclusion passive smoking severely impaired infantile health.If not treated properly,passive smoking may become a serious social problem.
