摘要
学前教育的发展越来越快,形成了机遇和挑战并存的双刃剑,为促进专业发展,需要进行地区性学前教育专业人才需求调研,通过问卷调查及访谈,对川渝地区主要幼儿园及学前教育专业用人单位进行调查,了解以川渝地区为主的学前教育发展和人才需求情况,针对现实情况提出建议,以促进学院学前教育专业人才培养方案的修订及专业的长远发展。
The preschool education has been developed very fast, which is a double-edged sword of opportunity and challenge. A district investment on the demand of talents of preschool education should be taken to promote the preschool education through questionary survey and interview to the main kindergartens and other employers in Sichuan and Chongqing. Based on the development and demands of preschool education mainly on Sichuan and Chongqing, some suggestions should be taken by the reality to improve the amendment of personal cultivating program and the further development of preschool education.
