摘要
该文主要探讨张介宾的"无虚不作眩"学术思想及从虚论治眩晕理论溯源。先秦时期《内经》认为眩晕证由气、血、精、髓虚有关,搭建虚证眩晕的基本框架,为张介宾"无虚不作眩"理论做铺垫。汉代提出心虚、胆虚、脾胃虚弱可导致眩晕,为张介宾虚证眩晕的认识与论治奠定了坚实的理论与实践基础。隋唐时期认为卫气不固、阳气衰弱可引发眩晕,创眩晕养生防病理论,补前人之不备,启后世之先河。宋金元时期继承及发展了虚证眩晕理论,又提出下虚致眩。张介宾结合先贤各家之说提出"无虚不作眩"理论,在治疗上提出"以治虚为先,而兼治为佐"的原则,从理、法、方、药各方面发展这一理论。
This article mainly discusses ZHANG Jiebin’s academic thought of'no illusion and no glare'and traces the source of vertigo from the theory of virtual therapy. In the pre-Qin period,Internal Canon of Huangdi believed that the vertigo syndrome was related to Qi,blood,essence,and medullary imaginary,and the basic framework of sham-deficiency was established,which paved the way for ZHANG Jiebin’s theory of'no illusion and no glare'. In the Han Dynasty,the guilty conscience,biliary spleen,and spleen and stomach weakness caused dizziness,which laid a solid theoretical and practical foundation for ZHANG Jiebin’s understanding and treatment of vertigo. During the Sui and Tang Dynasties,it was thought that the defensive Qi was not solid,the Yang Qi was weak,which could cause dizziness,and the theory of vertigo and health prevention and disease prevention would not be prepared for the predecessors. In the Song and Jin Dynasties,the theory of sham and vertigo was inherited and developed,and the illusion of illusion was proposed. ZHANG Jiebin combined with the theory of the sages and the family to put forward the theory of'no illusion and no glare'. In the treatment,the principle of'governing the emptiness first,and treating the ruling'was put forward,and this theory was developed from the aspects of science,law,prescription and medicine.
