摘要
目的探讨在痰瘀互结型耳眩晕患者中应用郑日新经验方对前庭症状指数(VSI)评分、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分的影响。方法68例痰瘀互结型耳眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各34例。治疗组采用口服郑日新经验方治疗,对照组口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,2组均治疗14 d,观察治疗前后2组的临床疗效以及VSI评分、DHI评分。结果2组治疗14 d后,治疗组总有效率88.23%,对照组总有效率76.47%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后DHI评分较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.05),治疗组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05);2组治疗前后VSI评分各项评分均降低(P<0.05),郑日新经验方较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论郑日新经验方与倍他司汀片治疗耳眩晕均有疗效,在痰瘀互结型耳眩晕患者中应用郑日新经验方治疗,在缓解患者眩晕及伴随症状方面疗效明显优于口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片。
Objective:To study the effect of Zheng Rixin's experience prescription on vestibular symptom index(VSI)score and dizziness handicap inventory scale(DHI)score in aural vertigo patients with phlegm-stasis interjunction type.Methods:68 aural vertigo patients with phlegm-stasis interjunction were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,34 cases each group.The treatment group was treated with Zheng Rixin's experience prescription,and the control group was treated with betastine mesylate tablets.The two groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,VSI score and DHI score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.23%,and that of the control group was 76.47%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).DHI scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of DHI scores in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).All VSI scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the score of Zheng Rixin's experience prescription group was more significantly decreased than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Both Zheng Rixin's experience prescription and Betastine tablets are effective in the treatment of aural vertigo.The curative effect of Zheng Rixin's experience prescription in the treatment of aural vertigo patients with phlegm-stasis interjunction type is significantly better than that of oral Betastine mesylate tablets in relieving dizziness and accompanying symptoms.
