摘要
采用载体定性杀菌试验方法,观察了微波灭菌器对液体石蜡油和凡士林油膏及油纱条的杀菌效果。结果,液体石蜡油和凡士林油膏经650 W微波灭菌器照射20 min和25 min,可全部杀灭嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢;分别照射25 min和30 min,可全部杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢。微波对凡士林油纱条照射50 min,仍不能全部杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢。微波照射对液体石蜡油和凡士林油膏可达到灭菌效果。
Carrier qualitative germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal effect of microwave sterilizer on liquid paraffin, vaseline ointment and ointment ribbon gauze. The results showed that 650 W microwave sterilizer irradiation to liquid paraffin and vaseline ointment for 20 min and 25 min could kill all spores of Bacillus stearothermophilus and irradiation for 25 min and 30 min could kill all spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger. Exposure of vaseline ointment ribbon gauze to microwave radiation for 50 min could not kill completely the spores of B. subtilis var. niger. Microwave irradiation could attain sterilization of liquid paraffin and vaseline ointment.
