摘要
通过文献分析,对组织德性的概念内涵进行了界定,对组织德性结构维度的研究成果进行了综述。通过回译法把国外组织德性量表编制成中文问卷,利用我国企业员工进行调查,共获得936份有效问卷,然后使用SPSS13.0和LISREL8.70软件,采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析方法,对组织德性量表进行信度和效度检验。研究结论表明,国外组织德性量表在我国文化环境中具有较好的信度和效度。研究结论为我国学者未来开展组织德性的实证研究奠定了基础。
Based on literature analysis,this paper defines the concept of organizational virtuousness,and reviews studies on the construction of the dimensions of organizational virtuousness. Through back translation,this paper designs a Chinese questionnaire based on the foreign organizational virtuousness scales,and investigates the employees in Chinese enterprises. A total of 936 valid questionnaires are obtained. Then,this paper uses SPSS13. 0 and LISREL 8. 70 to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaires through an exploratory and a confirmatory factor analysis,and finds that the foreign organizational virtuousness scales have acceptable levels of reliability and validity in China. The finding provides a favorable basis for Chinese scholars to conduct empirical study on organization virtuousness in the future.
