摘要
实验表明:电解加工时,在工件与工具间引入与电场方向垂直的横向磁场,电解液经阴极工具孔流向阳极工件表面时,电解液中的带电离子受洛仑兹力的作用,可加速电化学反应,增加金属去除量,提高加工效率。
The experiment shows that the ions in the electrolyte are affected by the Lorente force when a transverse magnetic field is introduced between the workpiece and the tool in electrolyzing process,which makes the electroche- mical reaction be accelerated,the metal removal be increased,the working efficiency be improved.
