摘要
从云南不同地区长春花 (Catharanthutsroseus)植株上分离到 4株能产长春新碱的真菌[1 ] ,从筛选出1株综合条件较好的菌株 97CG3 (尖孢镰刀菌Fusariumoxysporum) ,利用高效液相色谱分析法及通过单因子实验和多因子正交实验 ,基本上确定了其最佳培养条件。为今后应用微生物发酵法生产长春新碱提供依据。
