槭菌刺孢红色素提取工艺的研究

摘要 采用分光光度法对槭菌刺孢色素产量进行定量分析,通过单因子试验及正交设计试验确定槭菌刺孢色素最佳提取工艺。结果表明:以三氯甲烷为浸提剂、料液比为1:8、温度为50℃、浸提时间为5h、pH值为7.0时的提取效果最好,并在此综合条件下浸提2次。正交试验验证结果与预测结果基本接近,表明该提取工艺稳定、可行。 The pigment content of Mycocentrospora acerina was measured quantitatively with spectrometric method,and the optimum extraction progress of pigment produced from Mycocentrospora acerina was obtained by single-factor and orthogonal design test.The result showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction were as followings: chloroform as extraction reagent,solid-liquid ratio 1:8,temperature 50℃,extraction time 5 h,pH 7.0 and twice extraction.The orthogonal experimental results were similar to forecasting results,which indicated the proposed extraction process was stable and feasible.
