摘要
目的:探究'痰'与'郁'在乳腺癌抑郁症形成中的关键作用,为乳腺癌抑郁症的治疗提供理论依据。方法:查阅古籍及文献,分析乳腺癌抑郁症的病理机制。结果:认为'因郁致痰'及'因痰致郁',即肝失疏泄,气机郁滞;脾失运化,痰浊内生是乳腺癌抑郁症的发病基础。结论:明确'痰'和'郁'相互生互因的关系,临床辨证论治以健脾化痰,疏肝解郁,痰化郁解为着重点。
Objective:To explore the key role of'phlegm and depression'in the formation of breast cancer depression and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of breast cancer depression.Methods:The ancient books and literature were reviewed to analyze the pathological mechanism of breast cancer depression.Results:It is believed that'phlegm caused by depression'and'depression caused by phlegm',that is,liver failing to dredge and Qi stagnation;spleen faling to transport and endogenous phlegm is the basis of breast cancer.Conclusion:It is clear that the relationship between'phlegm and depression'interacts with each other.The clinical syndrome differentiation is focused on the treatment of strengthening spleen and resolving phlegm and soothing liver to relieve depression.
