摘要
抑郁症和功能性胃肠疾病均是临床常见疾病,二者常常共病,影响患者的生活质量。二者发病与五脏皆有关联。文章就二者共病的中医病机进行探讨,以期对抑郁症与功能性胃肠疾病共病的中医诊疗和科学研究提供思路。
Depression and functional gastrointestinal diseases(FGIDs)are both common diseases.The comorbidity of the two diseases is common,too.And it affects the life quality of patients.The two diseases are associated with the five Zang-organs.This paper explores the pathogenesis of the two diseases comorbidity in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in order to provide ideas for diagnosis and treatment of TCM and scientific research on comorbidity of depression and FGIDs.
