摘要
通过分析探讨仝小林教授对糖尿病性心脏病病因病机的认识,总结仝小林教授辨治糖尿病性心脏病的临床经验。仝小林教授在多年临床实践中发现脾肾在糖尿病性心脏病的发病中起重要作用,络脉瘀阻贯穿疾病始终,故治疗上提倡注重脾肾,痰瘀并治;全程通络,精准治疗。并总结出行之有效的方剂和药物,临床效果良好。
Through analysing and discussing the view of professor TONG Xiaolin about the pathogenesis and treatment of diabetic cardiopathy,this article summarized his clinical experience.With years of clinical practice,professor TONG found that spleen and kidney play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiopathy.He considered that collaterals and blood stasis exist throughout the disease from the beginning to the end.Therefore,the treatment was advocated to focus on the spleen and kidney,and treat phlegm and blood stasis together,dredge meridians,and conduct accurate treatment as well.At last,he summed up the effective prescriptions and herbs,and the clinical effect is good.
