摘要
本研究采用文献计量学方法,对经典名方枳实薤白桂枝汤进行文献搜集,获得有效文献77篇,涉及中医古籍35部,归纳分析发现,枳实薤白桂枝汤出自汉代张仲景《金匮要略》,由枳实、厚朴、薤白、桂枝和瓜蒌5味药物组成,主治胸痹,心痛,胸满等,后世对于该方收录记载、临床应用仍以《金匮要略》为主。该方在明清时期应用较为广泛,历代医籍记载中出现枳实汤、栝楼薤白桂枝汤等异名。本研究梳理了枳实薤白桂枝汤历史源流、方剂组成、主治病症、药物剂量、炮制方法等文献资料,并进行考证,可为后续的临床应用及新药研发提供线索及依据。
Objective:In this study,bibliometric methods were used to collect the literature of the classic prescription Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction.77 valid documents were obtained,involving 35 ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine.The inductive analysis found that Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction came from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber of ZHANG Zhong-jing in the Han Dynasty,and consisted of five medicines of Zhishi,Houpo,Xiebai,Guizhi and Gualou which were mainly used to treat chest pain,heartache,chest fullness,etc.The record and clinical application of this prescription by later generations was still mainly according to Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.This prescription was widely used in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,and the synonyms such as Zhishi Decoction and Kuolou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction,appeared in medical records of past dynasties.The arrangement and textual research of literature materials about the historical source,prescription composition,indication,medication dosage and processing method of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction have been carried out in this study,which can provide clues and bases for its follow-up clinical application and new drug research and development.
