摘要
目的:系统评价益气健脾抗癌法联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索中文及外文数据库从建库至2017年12月发表益气健脾抗癌法联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的随机对照研究(RCT)文献,对纳入文献质量进行分析后,采用Revman 5. 3软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入14个RCT,研究病例共929例,文献纳入质量偏低。益气健脾抗癌法联合化疗干预的治疗组在肿瘤近期疗效有一定优势[RR=1. 47,95%CI(1. 27,1. 71)];生活质量改善方面[RR=1. 42,95%CI(1. 28,1. 58)],优于对照组;中医证候改善情况,治疗组优于对照组[RR=1. 60,95%CI(1. 14,2. 24)],且不良反应低。结论:益气健脾抗癌法联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌有良好的疗效和安全性,但由于文献质量偏低,上述结果稳定性和可靠性需要更多高质量的随机对照临床研究加以证实。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combination of supplementing Qi,invigorating spleen and anticancer therapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer systematically.Methods:A computer-based search of Chinese and foreign databases from database to December 2017 was conducted.The study of randomized controlled trials(RCT)for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer was supplementing Qi,invigorating spleen and anticancer combined with chemotherapy.After analyzing the quality of the included study,Meta 5.3 was used for the analysis.Results:Forteen RCT were included,929 cases were studied,and the quality of the study was low.The therapeutic effect of supplementing Qi,invigorating spleen and therapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment group was(RR=1.47,95%CI(1.27,1.71))The improvement of life quality was[RR=1.42,95%CI(1.28,1.58)],and the treatment group’s was superior to that of the control group[RR=1.60,95%CI(1.14,2.24)],and the adverse reaction was few.Conclusion:The combination of supplementing Qi,invigorating spleen and anticancer therapy has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,but the quality of the literature is low,and the stability and reliability of the results need more high quality randomized controlled clinical study.
