摘要
文中以现代医学视角,梳理分析中医脾的解剖实体及功能外延、中医“血”与现代医学“血液”的相关性等内容,进而从不同角度探讨“脾统血”的涵义。中医“脾”为多脏器的功能集合,而“脾统血”是基于运化功能的基础之上,通过对营养物质的吸收进而全面调控血液,包涵了生血、抗凝、抗出血、滤血、调血、行血及免疫调节功能,维持机体内环境稳态。文中突破传统“脾统血”的狭义概念,为相关的基础研究与临床诊治提供参考。
From a perspective of modern medicine,this article systematically analyzed the anatomical entity and functional extension of the spleen in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),as well as the correlation between the concept of “blood” in TCM and modern medical understanding of “blood”,thereby exploring the meaning of “spleen governing blood” from various angles.In TCM,the “spleen” represents a functional assembly of multiple organs,and the “spleen governing blood” is built upon the transportation and transformation functions.Through the absorption of nutrients,it comprehensively regulates the blood,encompassing functions such as hematopoiesis,anti-coagulation,anti-bleeding,blood filtration,blood regulation,blood circulation,and immune modulation,all of which contribute to maintaining the homeostasis of the body′s internal environment.The article went beyond the narrow traditional interpretation of “spleen governing blood”,providing a reference for relevant basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
