摘要
目的:采用RWS的方法,观察应用软肝丸和鳖甲煎丸对乙肝肝硬化患者肝储备功能和门脉高压症的影响。方法:采用回顾性队列研究的方法,纳入符合标准的乙肝肝硬化患者,其中仅服用软肝丸者71例,仅服用鳖甲煎丸者27例,两组均采用核苷酸类似物抗病毒治疗。观察1年,以血清白蛋白、胆碱酯酶、门静脉内径及流速、脾脏大小等为疗效指标,每3个月检查1次。结果:软肝丸和鳖甲煎丸均能提升乙肝肝硬化患者血清白蛋白和胆碱酯酶水平,减轻门脉内径,提高门脉流速,缩小脾脏,且软肝丸在提升血清白蛋白和胆碱酯酶方面较鳖甲煎丸更加明显,差异有统计学意义,(P<0. 05)。结论:软肝丸和鳖甲煎丸均可在一定程度上改善乙肝肝硬化患者肝脏储备功能,降低门脉高压征,且软肝丸在改善血清白蛋白、胆碱酯酶方面优于鳖甲煎丸。
Objective:The effects of Rugan Pill and Bijiajian Pill on liver reserve function and portal hypertension in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were studied by using the method of real world study.Methods:We used a retrospective cohort study and incorporated the criteria-compliant hepatitis B cirrhosis patients,in which only 71 patients were treated with Rugan Pil and 27 were treated with Biejiajian Pill.And both groups were treated with nucleotide analog antiviral therapy.For 1 year,The serum albumin,cholinesterase,internal diameter and velocity of the portal vein,spleen size and so on were taken as therapeutic indexes,and were tested every three months.Results:Both Ruangan Pill and Bijiajian Pill can increase serum albumin and cholinesterase levels,reduce portal vein diameter,increase portal velocity and reduce the volume of the spleen in patients with liver cirrhosis.Moreover,Ruangan Pill was more effective in promoting serum albumin and cholinesterase than Bejiajian Pill,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Ruangan Pill and Bijiajian Pill can improve liver reserve function and reduce portal hypertension in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis to some extent,and Rangan Pill is superior to Biejiajian Pill on improving serum albumin and cholinesterase.
