摘要
我国肝病患者数量庞大,主要有病毒性肝炎、肝硬化、肝肿瘤、脂肪肝、酒精性肝病等,危害性大,中医治疗肝病有独特优势,而真实世界研究是近年来新兴的研究理念和方法,与中医的整体观、辨证观相契合。为了了解肝病在中医真实世界研究中的现状,通过检索和筛选相关文献,发现目前中医真实世界研究在肝病领域的中文文献只有30篇,其中在名老中医经验方和学术思想、病因病机、预防护理等方面的研究几乎为空白,因此具有很大的研究空间和价值,希望为广大中医肝病研究者提供参考。
The number of patients with liver diseases in China is huge,mainly including viral hepatitis,cirrhosis,liver cancer,fatty liver,alcoholic liver disease,etc.It is highly harmful.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating liver diseases,and real world study is an emerging research concept and method in recent years.In order to understand the research status of liver disease in the traditional Chinese medicine real world study,this review through the search and screening of relevant literature,found that the current Chinese literatures on the traditional Chinese medicine real world study in the field of liver diseases are only 30 among them,the research on the experience of old Chinese medicine practitioners and academic thoughts,etiology,pathogenesis,preventive care,etc.is almost blank,so it has great research space and value,and hopes to provide reference for researchers of traditional Chinese medicine liver diseases.
