摘要
目的:比较研究四君子汤和生脉饮中生晒参与红参互换前后对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调节作用,进而验证四君子汤和生脉饮古方中所选用人参不同炮制品的合理性。方法:采用环磷酰胺制造免疫抑制小鼠模型,60只小鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,生晒参四君子汤组,红参四君子汤组,生晒参生脉饮组,红参生脉饮组,测定其血清IL-1β、IL-2和IFN-γ含量作为细胞免疫指标,以及血清IL-4、IgG、补体成分C3和血清血溶素作为体液免疫指标。结果:通过对比体液与细胞免疫指标,最终发现红生晒参四君子汤组要由于红参四君子汤组,红参生脉饮组要优于生晒参生脉饮组。结论:四君子汤及生脉饮古方所有人参的相应炮制品是有科学性和合理性的,不宜互换。
Objective:To study the effects of sun-dried Ginseng and Red Ginseng in Sijunzi Decoction and Shengmai Decoction on immunodepression induced by cyclophosphamide in mice and compare the processing effects and select processed products for Sijunzi Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction.Methods:Immunodepression induced model was made by Cyclophosphamide.Sixty mice were randomly divided into normal control group,model group(constant volume of normal saline),Sijunzi Decoction of sun-dried Ginseng group,and Sijunzi Decoction of Red Ginseng group,Shengmai Decoction of sun-dried Ginseng group and Shengmai Decoction of Red Ginseng group.The contents of IL-1β,IL-2 and IFN-γ as cell immune indexes and IL-4,IgG,Complement 3 and blood serum lysin as body fluid immune indexes were measured.Results:The results can be found that the effect of immunomodulatory from Sijunzi Decoction of sun-dried Ginseng group is better than that of Sijunzi Decoction of Red Ginseng group and Shengmai Decoction of Red Ginseng group is better than Shengmai Decoction of sun-dried Ginseng group.Conclusion:It is reasonable and scientific to use processed product as ancient books of Sijunzi Decoction and Shengmai Decoction,not suitable to change.
