摘要
目的分析人文护理对老年高血压患者临床效果和护理满意度的影响效果评价。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月我院收治的老年高血压患者79例,随机分为对照组(34例)与观察组(45例),对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取人文护理干预。比较两组临床疗效(住院时间、治疗依从性、随访12个月返院率、并发症发生率)及干预前后24h,白天,夜间的血压水平变化及护理满意度。结果观察组住院时间、返院率以及治疗依从性、并发症发生率显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预前收缩压、舒张压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组24h、白天及夜间收缩压、舒张压均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度评分为(96.58±2.14),对照组护理总满意度评分为(81.74±1.95),观察组护理总满意度评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理干预可缓解患者的痛苦,且降低患者并发症机率,促进患者尽早康复,改善护患关系。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of humanitarian nursing for elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 79 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Control group(n=34)received the routine nursing,while the observation group(n=45)received the humanitarian nursing.Then the clinical efficacy(hospitalization time,treatment compliance rate,re-hospitalization rate during the 12-month follow-up,and complication rate),blood pressure level and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between groups.Results The hospitalization time,re-hospitalization rate,treatment compliance and complication rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups had no difference before intervention(P>0.05),which were decreased in both groups after intervention(P<0.05),and were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[(96.58±2.14)vs(81.74±1.95),P<0.05].Conclusion The application of humanitarian nursing can effectively alleviate the pain degree,promote the recovery,and ameliorate the nurse-patient relationship for elderly patients with hypertension,which also decrease the incidence rate of the complications.
