人文关怀对老年高血压患者健康行为依从性的影响及应用价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨人文关怀对老年高血压患者健康行为依从性的影响,为老年高血压患者更好的治疗提供依据。方法:选取2015年10月-2016年3月本院保健科收治的老年高血压患者268例进行研究,同时选择同期门诊老年高血压患者253例进行对照,两组患者均实施常规的护理模式进行干预,其中观察组在此基础上实施人文关怀模式干预,分别采用《健康行为量表》、《服药遵从行为量表》及《疾病自我报告简易评估量表》共3个量表和监测血压值变化,观察并比较两组相关情况。结果:经护理干预结束时,观察组失访25例,对照组失访46例,共450例受试者完成本次随访。干预后,观察组健康行为评分为(3.26±0.45)分,高于干预前的(1.08±0.79)分和对照组干预后的(1.09±0.68)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组干预前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组服药遵从行为评分为(4.11±0.53)分,高于干预前的(2.13±0.79)分和对照组干预后的(2.37±0.62)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组干预前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者疾病自我报告均分有明显提升,自身前后及与对照组得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组干预前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗及干预后,两组患者血压水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀对老年高血压患者是一种切实可行的干预措施,能有效提高老年患者服药遵从行为,有助于血压控制在理想范围,大大提高了患者的健康行为,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective: To study the compliance of humane care of elderly hypertensive patients healthy behaviors, provide the basis for better treatment in elderly hypertensive patients.Method: The 268 patients with hypertension from June 2015 to November 2015 in our hospital were to be studied.While outpatient elderly hypertensive patients were compared over the same period 253 cases, patients in both groups were given conventional models of care intervention, the observation group was given humane care model based on this intervention, were and "health behavior scale", "medication compliance behavior scale " and "self-reported medication simple assessment scale" total three scales were used and monitoring of blood pressure changes were observed between the two groups and the relevant circumstances were compared.Result: After the intervention, the observation group lost 25 cases, 46 cases in the control group lost a total of 450 cases of subjects completed this follow-up.After the intervention, health behavior score in the observation group was ( 3.26 ±0.45 ) scores, significantly higher than ( 1.08 ± 0.79 ) scores before the intervention and ( 1.09 ± 0.68 ) scores in the control group after the intervention, the differences were significant (P〈0.05), and there was no significant difference before and after intervention of the control group (P〉0.05) . After the intervention, medication compliance behavior in the observation group was ( 4.11±0.53 ) scores, significantly higher than ( 2.13± 0.79 ) scores before the intervention and ( 2.37± 0.62 ) scores in the control group after intervention, the difference were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ), and there was no significant difference before and after intervention of the control group ( P〉0.05 ) .After the intervention, self-reported medication scores improved significantly in the observation group, their own scores before and after and compared with the control group, the differences were statistica
