摘要
目前我国的环境损害鉴定评估工作尚处于探索阶段,相关案例仍比较缺乏,某些领域的环境损害鉴定评估技术方法尚需完善。对某非法倾倒危险废物事件造成的环境污染损害事件进行评估,分析了污染物性质、事件发生的时间范围与空间范围,从地表水环境损害和应急处置费用方面对该事件造成的环境污染进行了损害鉴定,以期为今后类似污染事件的环境损害评估提供参考。
At present,the work of environmental pollution damage assessment in China is still in the exploration stage,and the relevant cases are still lacking.The technical methods of environmental damage assessment in some fields still need to be improved.The study assessed the environmental pollution damage caused by an illegal dumping of hazardous waste,and analyzed the nature of the pollutants,the time and space of the incident.Then,the environmental pollution caused by the incident was identified from the surface water environmental damage and the emergency disposal costs,so as to provide reference for the future environmental damage assessment of similar pollution events.
