摘要
以3 7MW燃气轮机为背景,根据已有的微小通道试验数据和理论,对椭圆、正弦波和抛物线三种形面波纹通道的PSR热性能作了对比计算和分析。结果表明,在同样波高2b及波宽2a时,上述三种形面中的正弦波形通道相对具有较大的传热效果和可以接受的压降损失。影响PSR热性能的重要因素不是几何形状而可能是几何尺寸,这对PSR通道形面的设计及其优化目标函数的认定有重要价值。
According to the existed experimental data and theory of flow and heat transfer in small channels,the thermal performance of PSR with three kinds of channel shape,namely ellipse curve corrugation;sine curve corrugation and parabola curve corrugation,are comparatively calculated and analyzed based on a 3.7MW gas turbine.The result shows that among the above 3 kinds of channel shape,sine curve channel has a little higher heat transfer effect and acceptable pressure loss under the same corrugation heigh b and corrugation width a.It is not geometry structure but probably geometry sizes that affect the thermal performance of PSR.Therefore,the analysis and calculation are much valuable to the design of PSR channel shape and the cognizance of its optimization object function.
