摘要
由于一次表面回热器全程通道流动与换热的复杂性,很难利用数值分析的方法确定传热系数,也给回热器的设计计算带来很大的困难。本文通过分析对比0°、60°和120°一次表面回热器换热单元的传热流动特性,提出了针对单元体与全程通道回热器之间换热流动关系的修正系数。并基于0°全程通道数值模拟结果,采用该修正系数完成了60°、120°全程通道回热器流动换热特性。
Because of complexity of heat transfer and flow through entire flow passages,it is hard to figure out the heat transfer ccefficient by numerical simulations, which also makes the design calculation of recuperator difficult. The three - dimensional numerical simulation of flow and heat transfer was conducted for primary surface recuperator(PSR)at the angle of 0°,60°and 120°in the cross- corrugated passages in this paper.The heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop of entire flow passage at the flow angle of 60°and 120°are obtained based on the special modifying coefficient and the numerical simulation results of unitary cell and entire flow passage at the flow angle of 0°.
