摘要
近年来,中日两国围绕亚洲基础设施投资展开激烈竞争,双方都付出了高昂的成本代价。文章分析表明,两国对亚洲基础设施投资在政策背景、战略布局及投资主体等方面存在差异,也具有各自不同的竞争优势,但如果双方能够把握机遇,充分挖掘双方巨大的合作潜力,实现优势互补,携手在第三方市场进行基础设施投资合作,将最终实现双赢乃至多赢。两国应该把握机遇,化竞争为合作。
In recent years, China and Japan have been competing fiercely for infrastructure investment in Asia, and both sides have paid a high cost. The analysis shows that there are differences in policy background, strategic layout and main investors of infrastructure investment in Asia between the two countries,and they also have different competitive advantages. However, if the two sides can seize the opportunity, fully tap their huge potential for cooperation, achieve complementary advantages, and work together in the thirdparty market for infrastructure investment cooperation, it will ultimately achieve win-win or even all-win. The two countries should seize the opportunity and turn competition into cooperation.
