摘要
基于已有研究对网络嵌入性与商业模式创新之间关系的研究不足,本研究揭示了企业风险承担对网络嵌入性(网络中心度和关系性嵌入)与商业模式创新之间关系的中介效应,并探讨了环境不确定性的调节效应。基于252家中国企业的调研数据,实证分析结果显示:(1)网络中心度对企业风险承担和商业模式创新均存在正向影响,而关系性嵌入对企业风险承担和商业模式创新均存在倒U形影响;(2)风险承担对网络嵌入性(网络中心度和关系性嵌入)与商业模式创新之间的关系起到了部分中介作用;(3)环境不确定性负向调节网络中心度与风险承担之间的正向关系,而正向调节关系性嵌入与风险承担之间的倒U形关系。
Based on the scant research on the relationship between network embeddedness and business model innovation,this study reveals the meditating role of risk taking on the relationship between network embeddedness and business model innovation,and explores the moderating effects of environmental turbulence. The empirical results based on 252 Chinese firms show that:( 1) Network centrality has a positive effect on risk taking and business model innovation,while relation embeddedness has an inverted-U effect.( 2) Risk taking partially mediates the relationship between network embeddedness and business model innovation.( 3) Environmental turbulence negatively moderates the positive relationship between network centrality and risk taking,while positively moderates the inverted-U relationship between relation embeddedness and risk taking.
