摘要
现有的关于中国对外直接投资对产业结构升级影响的文献较少。文章选取了2003—2015年中国对外直接投资额前十的省际面板数据,研究对外直接投资对产业结构升级的作用途径,以技术创新作为中介变量,并检验了人力资本和研发强度的调节作用。研究发现:(1)对外直接投资对国内产业结构升级有显著的促进作用;(2)在对外直接投资与产业升级的正向影响中,技术创新具有部分中介作用;(3)人力资本、研发强度正向调节对外直接投资与技术创新的关系。(4)人力资本、研发强度正向调节对外直接投资与产业结构升级的关系。
The existing literature on the impact of China’s outward foreign direct investment on the upgrading of industrial structure is scarce. This paper selects the top 10 provincial interprovincial panel data of China’s OFDI from 2003 to 2015,investigates the ways in which OFDI plays an important role in upgrading the industrial structure. Technological innovation serves as an intermediary variable and tests the regulatory role of human capital and R&D intensity. The findings are as follows:( 1) OFDI plays a significant role in promoting the upgrading of domestic industrial structure;( 2) Technological innovation plays a partial mediating role in the positive impact of OFDI and industrial upgrading;( 3) Human capital and R&D strength positively regulate the relationship between OFDI and technological innovation.( 4) Human capital and R&D intensity positively regulate the relationship between OFDI and upgrading of industrial structure.
