摘要
本文探讨了互补知识对企业技术创新绩效的影响,以及技术创新动态能力的中介作用。通过文献研究和实地调研的结合,开发了互补知识和技术创新动态能力测量量表。对252个企业样本的调查问卷进行统计分析,结果显示:(1)互补知识各维度对企业的技术创新绩效有显著正向的影响。(2)互补技术知识和顾客知识对技术创新动态能力的各维度有显著正向影响,但经营管理知识只是显著地正向影响企业感知技术机会的能力和创新资源的整合能力,对企业适应环境的组织变革能力的影响是不显著的。(3)技术机会的感知能力在互补知识与研究开发绩效间具有中介作用,但在互补知识与新技术产业化绩效间没有中介作用。(4)资源整合能力无论是在互补知识与研究开发绩效,还是在互补知识与新技术产业化绩效间都具有中介作用。(5)在互补技术知识影响研究开发绩效和互补知识影响新技术产业化绩效,以及顾客知识影响研究开发绩效和顾客知识影响新技术产业化绩效的过程中,组织变革能力都具有部分中介作用。
This paper explores the impact of complementary knowledge on corporate technological innovation performance and the mediating effect of corporate technological innovation dynamic capability. By means of combining literature review and questionnaire survey research methods,we developed the measurement scales of complementary knowledge and dynamic capability of corporate technological innovation. The results of statistical analysis from 252 enterprises show:( 1) all dimensions of complementary knowledge have a significant positive impact on corporate technological innovation performance.( 2) Complementary technical knowledge and customer knowledge have a significant positive impact on all dimensions of corporate technological innovation dynamic capability. But the management knowledge only has a significant impact on perceived capability of technical opportunity and resources integration capability,and its impact on organizational change capability is not significant.( 3) The perceived capability of technical opportunity has a mediating effect in the impact of complementary knowledge on R&D performances,but has no mediating effect in the impact of complementary knowledge on performance of industrialized new technology.( 4) The capability of resources integration has a mediating effect both in the impact of complementary knowledge on R&D performance and the complementary knowledge on performance of industrialized new technology.( 5) The organizational change capability has a partial mediating effect in the impact of complementary technical knowledge and customer knowledge on R&D performance and performance of industrialized new technology.
